Joplin Police arrest James Bond

The arrest reports on the Joplin Police Department website indicate that James Bond, 39, Neosho, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear on a felony possesion charge. Sources indicate he was not shaken before he was thrown in the stir. (Sorry, that was the best Bond pun I could come up with.)
