Rep. Nathan Cooper's sentencing on federal immigration charges has been pushed back for the second time in less than a week.
Judge Jean C. Hamilton issued an order today resetting the sentencing hearing from Oct. 26 to Nov. 21. Cooper, a Cape Girardeau Republican had originally been scheduled for an Oct. 19 sentencing date.
Cooper's lawyer had asked for the delay due to a trial conflict.
