Feltner receives second change of judge in internet sex case

Eric Feltner, former chief of staff to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, has received his second change of judge in his internet sex case, and he hasn't even been arraigned yet.

Cole County Circuit Court records indicate Feltner's second change of judge was approved today. Feltner is charged with two counts of furnishing pornographic material to a minor. Feltner was arrested by the Jefferson City Police Department following an internet sting.

The request for a change of judge was filed June 30 by attorney Kenneth Stanley Clay, better known as Stan Clay. As noted in the July 2 Turner Report, Clay at one time was a Boone County judge until he resigned after the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline recommended that Clay be punished after determining he had sexually harassed "female officers of the court over a period of several years."

Feltner's arraignment is scheduled for July 29.
