Ten state lobbyists contributed $9,350 to the gubernatorial campaign of Congressman Kenny Hulshof...though only one was listed as a lobbyist on campaign disclosure documents filed Tuesday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Hulshof, as noted in a Turner Report post earlier today, also received contributions from 17 federal lobbyists, only one of whom was described as a lobbyist on the disclosure report.
That means at least 25 lobbyists (Gregg Hartley is included on both the state and federal lifts) contributed to the Hulshof campaign, with only two listed as lobbyists.
State lobbyists who donated included:
-Andrew Blunt, Jefferson City, $600, listed by his law firm of Schreiman, Rackers & Blunt. Blunt's clients include American Airlines, AT&T, Burlington Northern, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Miller Brewing Company, Missouri Automobile Dealers Association, Missouri Hospital Association, Phillip Morris, Ticketmaster, United Parcel Service
-Jay Reichard, Jefferson City, $500, listed as J. R. Consulting, Reichard has nearly the exact client list as Andrew Blunt.
-Ray McCarty, listed as Ray McCarty Governmental Relations, $400. McCarty represents Associated Industries of Missouri and Boeing.
-Robert Wilson, listed as self-employed lobbyist, $250. Wilson's clients include Missouri Motor Carriers Association.
-Roy Cagle, Joplin, listed as self-employed consultant, $750. Cagle's clients include Missouri Finance Institute.
-Sherry Doctorian, listed as Armstrong & Teasdale, her law firm, two contributions totaling $2,350. Ms. Doctorian represents Armstrong & Teasdale and St. Louis University, as well as other clients.
-Chip Casteel, listed as StL RCGA, $450. Casteel is the lobbyist for the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association.
-Harvey Tettlebaum, listed as Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP lawyer, $1,350. Tettlebaum lobbies for the Missouri Health Care Association. His wife, Ann, also contributed $1,350.
-Gregg Hartley, listed as Cassidy & Associates, $1,350. Hartley represents Doe Run Park, St. Louis; in Missouri, as well as numerous clients on the federal level.
-John Hancock, listed as Hancock & Associates, $1,350. Hancock represents Freeman Health Care, Leggett & Platt, and Peabody Energy.

Perhaps you could enlighten us further with that vast storehouse of knowledge you have accumulated.
How much time do each of the individuals you complain about misrepresenting their "occupation" spend on lobbying versus their respective "occupations" that were listed on the report? Surely after having made such a big deal out of it, you can tell us that can't you?
It is more likely that you can't because you are more interested in creating perception that "reporting" (used loosely) facts. Just like any good biased "reporter" (again used loosely) you include just enough of a smattering of facts to create the illusion that the point you are trying to make is factual.
Truth is you can provide Employer or Occupation. Both are not required.
