In the accompanying Fox Business video, Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder explains the 71 percent landslide for Proposition C. "I was not surprised," Kinder said. "An F-5 Tornado landed in Missouri yesterday and it obliterated all particles of Obamacare in all 114 counties."
Kinder also describes the vote as a wakeup call to Secretary of State and U. S. Senate candidate Robin Carnahan, who opposed Proposition C.
