(From the Ed Martin campaign)
The Ed Martin campaign filed a formal complaint on Friday with the Missouri Ethics Commission over two large in-kind donations to Chris Koster's campaign.
In a letter submitted to the Missouri Ethics Commission today, the Martin campaign made its complaint clear with a reference to section 130.011 of the Missouri Statutes:
"We have recently been informed of two in-kind contributions reported by Missourians for Koster on 10/1/2012 in the amounts of $26,238.54 and $7,075.00. We believe that these two contributions were not reported properly according the Missouri Statute. These two contributions need to be thoroughly investigated by the Missouri Ethics Commission.
"We demand to know what these in-kind contributions are for and whether or not it is the opinion of the Commission that they were properly reported by Missourians for Koster."

On Wednesday, the campaign also released damning evidence of Chris Koster's pay-to-play corruption.
