Judge Joseph Hensley dismissed two felony counts of sexual contact with a student against a Joplin woman.
The dismissal was reported in the online edition of today's Joplin Globe. The Globe no longer has a Saturday print edition.
Victoria J. S. West, 28, who was a therapist at the Bill and Virginia Leffen Autism Center at the time of the alleged crimes, was arrested following a Joplin Police Department investigation.
The probable cause statement said she was involved in a sex act with a male student on November 20 and November 29 at Schifferdecker Park.
An earlier police department news release said the student was 17.
