Newton County COVID-19 total at 390, 32 added in last 24 hours

The COVID-19 count in Newton County stands at 390 after 32 more cases were confirmed today, according to a news release from the Newton County Health Department.

Two hundred ninety-seven cases are currently in isolation with four people hospitalized, while 437 people were under quarantine and 273 people are being monitored for symptoms.

The majority of the cases continue to be from Neosho, according to the news release.

Now, could the great county of Newton tell us where these people have been so we can decided if we have been exposed. In Greene county they try to retrace the steps of where some infected people have been. Like McDonald county it seems they are hiding the location of hot spots. No sense of protection for citizens, just protection for businesses so people will not avoid problem areas.
