Due to circumstances beyond our control, the annual awards banquet for members of the Joplin Police Department was cancelled. 

Therefore, over the next several days we will begin to introduce you to the award recipients and their stories.

Today, we start with the 2019 Officer of the Year, Officer Jeff Flener.
