A 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 18, change of plea hearing is scheduled in U. S. District Court in Springfield for a Carterville man charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Cody Wayne Goucher, 44, was arrested October 7, 2022 by the Carl Junction Police Department. According to the criminal complaint, officers found a green backpack containing a large amount of meth.
