(From Webb City School District)Please help us welcome our new Director of Safety and Security, Tyler Christensen.
Mr. Christensen has been selected to be the first Safety and Security Director for the Webb City School District.
Mr. Christensen served in the United States Army, both on active duty and in the reserves from December 1998 to March 2017, with two combat deployments to Iraq and one combat deployment to Afghanistan during that time.
Mr. Christensen has been in Law Enforcement for 15 years and has worked for the Joplin Police Department as a Patrol Corporal and the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office as a detective.
Mr. Christensen has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for almost 14 years and they have 4 children Kael, Mareika, Tatum and Tyler Jr. Kimberly and Mareika are both teachers for the Webb City R-7 Schools.
