No luck for convicted con artist Patrick Dallas Graham in his latest attempt to get out of prison.
Graham, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to fraud in connection with the sale of more than $5 million worth of shares in a company that he said was producing a vaccine to combat AIDS, has tried numerous times to have the sentence set aside.
Graham was owner of Conquest Labs, Lamar, which bilked more than 500 investors, including singer Pat Boone, the Herschend Family, owners of Silver Dollar City, and the Presleys of Branson.
More information about Graham's illegal exploits can be found on the May 2 Turner Report.
