Talk about a boring task

A few moments ago, I accidentally stumbled across a new blog called Turning Turner, which has the task of trying to figure out what makes me tick.
I am having a hard time discerning why that would interest anyone, and apparently it didn't, since the blog was started eight days ago and has not had any responses as of yet.
The first post reads:

"Welcome to my newly created blog! The main purpose of this blog will be to figure out just exactly what is going on in Randy Turner's head. Randy Turner's blog can be found at http://rturner229.blogspot.com/. It really is quite entertaining. Is it pure boredom? Is it the product of some sort of trauma? Let us embark on this adventure of picking apart the mind of Mr. Turner."

The blog is authored by someone known as "Conservative Connie."

You know you've got a strong following when your fan base starts psychoanalyzing you, Mr. T...

i don't understand the criticisms from teh conservatives. I have always felt your blog was the southwest missouri equivalent of the Drudge Report and Fox news

I checked out "Conservative Connie's" blog and found it somewhat cowardly that while she (or he or it) hides her (or his or its) identity, the blog does not allow the posting of anonymous comments. Another example of conservative hypocrisy. I don't always agree with you, Randy, but at least you have the cajones to have your real name at the head of your blog -- and brave enough to allow comments to be posted anonymously.

No publicity is bad publicity.

Similar to a religious based group commenting on The DaVinci Code, it only increases a persons interest.

Somebody wants to get inside Randy's head?

1. Randy's a frustrated reporter with no real outlet anymore.

2. Randy's a frustrated editorial writer with no real outlet anymore.

3. Randy's a frustrated Democrat living in a red state with no real hope for ever having representation that feels the way he does.

4. Randy would like his hair back.

Done.

I think I would look at it as a big compliment. You have at least made someone think something other than what they have always thought, and isn't that what teachers really seek to do?
