An 8:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11, arraignment has been scheduled for Neosho kindergarten teacher Debra Scott, who is charged with six misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to a Joplin Globe report, Ms. Scott allegedly "drove a group of minors to the home where they dumped two dead armadillos, a toilet and several bags of trash."
