Two bills introduced today in the House of Representatives by Rachel Bringer, D-Palmyra, if enacted, would go a long way toward restoring Missourians' faith in government.
HB 687 would restore campaign contribution limits, while HB 688 prohibits legislators from accepting gifts from lobbyists.
