MSSU faculty has no confidence in Bruce Speck

The Missouri Southern State University faculty expressed its displeasure with President Bruce Speck today, casting 144 ballots for no-confidence. Only 44 full-time faculty members supported Speck.

At least 20 coaches were allowed to vote by Inhuman resources. We can be sure that Tatum and Rutledge voted for Bruce. Carnahan, too.
They are NOT faculty. Not one of us. Had they not voted, the vote against Bruce (and Douglas) would have been 140 to 24

That is an 85 PERCENT REJECTION!

I can name one coach that didn't vote for Speck: Robert Corn. Remember that Speck didn't even give Corn the courtesy of an interview when Corn applied for the AD position last spring. Bruggeman was hired for his fundraising skills. Just how much money has he raised anyway? Maybe somebody could fill me in.

Agree with that! That's why I said at least 20 coaches. We have like 500 coaches...

Student Senate unfortunately has decided not to have a vote of no confidence. I believe a vast majority of the student body wants to have a vote and sharing of information. Wonder if the students could try to get a vote and see where they stand.
