COUNCIL BILL 2020-124
AN ORDINANCE approving a construction agreement with Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. in the not to exceed amount One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Two and 50/100 Dollars, ($145,182.50) for the construction of the Jaguar Road Extension project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 as adopted by Ordinance 2019-166 on October 21, 2019; and, containing an emergency clause.
