Newsmakers program to focus on MSSU operations during pandemic

‘Newsmakers’ continues its look at operations at Missouri Southern State University during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This week, host and KGCS general manager Judy Stiles visits with Cheryl Dobson, MSSU’s registrar, and Alicia Hughes, MSSU’s bursar. They share information about a variety of topics of interest to students and parents – registering for classes online, obtaining transcripts and dealing with payments.






 

The show will air nightly, beginning tonight, at 5:30 p.m. It will also air on KOAM-TV Saturday morning at 5:30 a.m. – and is currently posted on the station’s YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/Oc4oIhq20dc.

KGCS programming can be seen on channel 21. It is also available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications. The station operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
