Gov. Matt Blunt has repaid $1,055,050. to contributors who paid over the maximum during the first seven months of 2007, according to his disclosure report, which was just filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
The report shows Blunt, though he took himself out of the governor's race, still picked up $65,118.68 in contributions during the last three months, and spent $1,232,723.04. Most of Blunt's money appears to come from interest from existing accounts.
