When Mom and Dad's dog Zoey heard about all of the problems in the Joplin School District, even though she is not a taxpayer, she decided to help in the only way she could, offering a prayer for the students, parents, teachers, staff, and taxpayers who are having to deal with the mess that has been foisted upon the school district by C. J. Huff and upper administration.
