(From the Jasper County Health Department)
The Jasper County Health Department announces its 11th and 12th confirmed cases of COVID-19 in area Jasper County.
To protect the patient's right to privacy, identifying information will not be provided.
As part of the regular practice of disease investigation, the Jasper County Health Department will be notifying people who have had contact with these patients.
The individual of the 11th case is a person in their 30s in the Carthage area.
The individual of the 12th case is a person in their 20s who resides in the Joplin area outside of the Joplin city limits.
These are both work-related exposures.
Jasper County Health Department staff are working with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to determine any close contacts of these individuals who were possibly exposed.
If exposed, health officials will provide guidance to these individuals and monitor them closely for the development of symptoms.

Probably a call center employee. My sister works at one and she said they are all like 3 ft apart. Or maybe a store employee thats exposed daily to the public.
How bout u tell us where these people have been at or around what if they was at dollar general one day u going to find out everyone that was at that dollar general at that time and day??? I get no saying who it is but at least tell us where they have been so people can think back and find out if they was there that day and need to be tested this is how it spreads....
Just wait till they open it all up again because the cure can't be worse than the virus we can't test for or monitor the spread of very well with not much testing and not enough masks and now the veep says lets go back to cloth gowns in hospitals to MAGA and KAGA?!
