Joplin city officials practice social distancing during bid opening

City staff adapts a bid opening today, with a makeshift outdoor office and plenty of social distancing.

Bid was for the 27th Street & Anderson Ave. infrastructure project, part of the CDBG-DR work being completed in Joplin.
