No COVID-19 deaths in Missouri in past 24 hours, but 315 more cases confirmed

In an update posted about an hour ago, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported no deaths in the last 24 hours from COVID-19, but another 315 cases have been confirmed.

At this point, 39 have died after contracting the coronavirus while 3,037 cases have been reported.
