(From Joplin Schools)From Teacher of the Year in 2021 to new district administrator in 2023....Please help us welcome Mrs. Emily Pearce as the next Director of Joplin Early Childhood!
Emily has been a Joplin Schools employee for 11 years, spending time as both a counselor and a Special Education teacher. She is currently a member of the building leadership team at Jefferson Elementary, and is a district trainer for LETRS, a Joplin Schools literacy tool.
“I’ve been blessed to work for Joplin Schools for the past decade,” said Pearce. “I am honored to have been chosen as the next director of Joplin Early Childhood. I look forward to working with and serving the students, teachers, parents, business partners, and community members.”
