A Goodman man pleaded not guilty to a charge of first degree rape this morning in McDonald County Circuit Court.
Maxwell Mace (DOB 1958) allegedly raped the girl from the time she was 13 until she was 20, according to the probable cause statement. The girl estimated she was raped between 50 and 100 times.
Mace was the boyfriend of one of the girl's family members.
Mace is being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond. A bond reduction hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Maxwell Mace - This Sick Pedophile - should be taken to the Woods and disposed of - We have a Problem in the World with Pedophiles and the Fear of Incarcerating them - does not stop them.
We need tougher Penalties and Laws to get these Pedophiles off the Streets and away from every harming any children again.
