A 9:30 a.m. February 27 sentencing hearing is scheduled in U. S. District Court in Springfield for a Joplin man charged with receiving and distributing child pornography.
Robert E. Riggs, 46, pleaded guilty August 1, admitting he committed the crimes between January 1, 2020 and May 25, 2022 in Jasper County.
