According to the probable cause statement, Brian Alan Whittle (DOB 1987) chased after the mailman December 28 "for driving too fast in front of his house. Whittle said the last time he did this, it resulted in the death of his dog."
The statement indicates Whittle used his vehicle to block the mailman's vehicle, then left his truck and "threatened to kill {the mailman} and have his vehicle towed with him in it."
Whittle's arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. February 24 in Barton County Circuit Court.
