A pre-sentence investigation was ordered for Edward Sterling Hetherington, 64, Noel, who pleaded guilty this morning in U. S. District Court in Springfield to receiving bestiality porn and for failing to register as a sex offender.
As part of plea agreement, a second charge of receiving bestiality porn and a second charge of failing to register as a sex offender were dismissed.
No date has been set for sentencing.
