Motorcyclist flown to Freeman after crash on 59, cited for DWI


A Gravette, Arkansas man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash 7:35 p.m. Sunday on MO 59 a mile and a half north of Noel.

According to the Highway Patrol reports, a 2019 Harley Davidson driven by Harold L. Jobe, 58, Gravette, Arkansas, failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a fence. Jobe was ejected.

Jobe, who was airlifted to Freeman West Hospital with serious injuries, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving and for not having insurance.
