Hearing set for Friday in bank, credit card fraud case

A hearing for former Bank of America Vice President Robert Conner's objection to the severing of his trial from the trials of others connected to a credit card and bank fraud scheme, is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday in U. S. District Court in St. Louis.
In addition to Conner, the five remaining defendants, whom the government wants to try in three trials, include Rep. John Bowman, D-St. Louis.
Initially, 17 were charged, but most of those have already pleaded guilty. The government wants to try Conner first, then three other defendants, and finally, Bowman.
More information about the case can be found in these Turner Report posts.
