Federal grand jury indicts former Joplin Police officer on bankruptcy fraud charges

A federal grand jury has indicted former Joplin Police Detective and head of the Jasper County Drug Task Force Frank Lundien and Lundien's wife, Hayley, on bankruptcy fraud charges.
The indictment, filed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, alleges the Lundiens concealed property, including two vehicles, and $1,785 from a joint checking account at Joplin Metro Credit Union from the bankruptcy trustee on March 12, 2004.
The 2004 bankruptcy was the second for Lundien, who also filed in 1994 with his former wife.
