First lobbyist Andrew Blunt maintained his perfect record, according to documents posted today on the Missouri Ethics Commission website.
Blunt filed another no-expenditure form, something he has done every month since his brother Matt became governor in January 2005.
Somehow Andrew Blunt has been able to maintain a strong stable of clients. I guess it's who you know.
