Steelman: Don't forget me; I won the debate, too

(From the Sarah Steelman for Senate campaign)

Once again, Sarah clearly outperformed her opponents at the latest U.S. Senate candidate debate. The debate was held on Monday at Lindenwood University in St. Charles.

Sarah was strong in her call for economic policies that would help taxpayers and our country’s economic growth.  She reiterated her call for a balanced federal budget, cuts in wasteful spending, and extending current tax cuts.  Sarah also emphasized the need to repeal ObamaCare and her proposal for “zero-based budgeting,’’ which would require examination of every federal expense.

Throughout the debate, she was the only candidate who provided specifics and plans of action.   Whether the issue is fiscal policy, or specific ways to make Congress more accountable to the people, Sarah has a plan!
