Joplin city attorney, master developer testify before Senate
The largest tax increment financing system in Missouri history was the subject as Joplin City Attorney Brian Head and the city's master developer, David Wallace of Wallace Bajjali, testified before a Senate committee. The TIF will cover the area hit by the May 22, 2011, tornado.
