The arraignment for Jeffrey Bruner, 39, Joplin, the man accused of shooting Missouri Southern State University offensive line coach Derek Moore to death outside the Northstar Regal 14 Theater Friday night has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in Jasper County Circuit Court.
Judge Richard Copeland will preside.
Bruner is charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action and is being held without bond.
Police say the murder took place when Bruner confronted his estranged wife, Dawn Michele Bruner and Moore.
