Sinquefield groups pour $124,750 into Blunt campaign

Governor Matt Blunt made no mention of educational vouchers in his State of the State message tonight, but his quarterly campaign disclosure, filed today with the Missouri Ethics Commission, shows the governor received $124,500 in contributions from 98 continuing committees formed by retired billionaire voucher supporter Rex Sinquefield.
All 98 committees gave Blunt the maximum $1,275 allowed by law, but the campaign contribution limit is obviously a joke since Sinquefield is the only person who has given any money to these continuing committees. The committees have names such as Merit Pay for Missouri Teachers (6), Missourians for Tax Reform (10), Missourians for Economic Growth (11), Missourians Needing Educational Alternatives (12), Missourians Supporting Teachers (12), My Job, My Wage (27), Public Charter Schools for Missouri (10), and Your School, Your Choice (10).

Baby Boy Blunt is just like GW, who would believe anything he had to say. I heard some talking head on KY3 last night during a panel interview say BBlunt had grown so much during his years in office, he had matured with the office. If corruption is maturing, I don't want to be quite that "mature".
