Links provided to top Turner Report/Inside Joplin posts of the week

Over the past few years, I have received some criticism for posting the complete news releases issued by various politicians, particularly Seventh District Congressman Billy Long. While I am aware that many of these news releases are not actually authored by the politicians, they still have to sign off on them and they provide a method of keeping track of their stances on issues, as well as providing us with a record should they later go back on what they said earlier.

This week, for the first time since I started doing these top 10 lists, the number one post this week is a news release from a politician, in this case, Billy Long.

His views on the beginning of the repeal of Obamacare attracted the interest of Turner Report readers.

The list also includes a Claire McCaskill tweet on Gov. Eric Greitens' campaign contributions, a post that also included the Turner Report's earlier investigative report on that particular contribution.
