Federal government seeks $400,000+ from Tarzan Zerbini Circus owners for unpaid taxes

The federal government is seeking $418,483.14 from "Tarzan" Jean Zerbini and his wife, Elizabeth B. Zerbini, for unpaid taxes from 2000, 2002, 2005, and 2015.

In a complaint filed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Acting U. S. Attorney Thomas Larson claims the Webb City couple failed to pay $63,758.81 in 2000, $296,371.01 in 2002, $27,199.56 in 2005, and $31,113.76 in 2015.

The government is asking for the amount of the unpaid taxes, plus interest and additions accruing after June 4.

Where is all of the outrage over this? No torches and pitchforks? I guess none of the readers have an ax to grind with TZ.

When I checked online I thought that Tarzan Zerbini had a baboon named Billy Ong who liked to smoke cigars and play cards and have his picture taken!
The comment almost writes itself!

Just for a minute. But I guess I was mistaken. Tarzan Zerbini is a circus and I think Billy Long is a buffoon, but the two don't apparently have any connection to each other.

Oh but there is a connection. One belongs to the Zerbini circus and the other belongs to the Republican circus.
