COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-110

AN ORDINANCE     approving the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with the Kansas City Southern Railway Company for the storm drainage improvements under the railroad within the railroad right of way and located 430 feet south of 12th Street and associated with Storm Water Project #12; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE      approving the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with Dalton-Killinger Construction Company for the construction of the Surface Project 4006, in the amount of Three Million, Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty-Two and 09/100 Dollars ($3,753,822.09); and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.
