As with the 100 cases that were reported between Friday and Monday, the majority of the cases are in a cluster around Carthage, the news release said.
The newly confirmed cases bring the county's total to 259, with 210 cases currently under isolation, 765 under quarantine and an additional 614 people being monitored.
"As we continue to take steps to reopen our community, it is even more important for all of us to interact with our environment carefully. If someone is sick or thinks they may be sick, they should stay home."
The Jasper County total does not include the City of Joplin.
