Joplin R-8 Board accepts two teachers' resignations, releases them from contracts


During a closed session Tuesday, the Joplin R-8 Board of Education accepted the resignations of two teachers, Casey Tullis and Cathay Gabler, and released them from their 2023-2024 contracts.

The board hired one teacher and 34 classified employees and accepted "separations" from nine classified employees.
