Probable cause statement: "Highly intoxicated" Neosho woman assaults suspected cheating boyfriend


A third degree felony domestic assault charge was filed today in Jasper County Circuit Court against a Neosho woman who allegedly attacked her boyfriend at his Webb City home Tuesday when she suspected he was cheating on her.

According to the probable cause statement, Tianna Rashele Health (DOB 1993) and the alleged victim "are or have been in a romantic relationship."







The alleged victim had lacerations on his head, neck and face," the statement said.

She was highly intoxicated at the time. She had what appeared to be skin under her nails. {The victim} said {she}had caused those injuries on his head by scratching him multiple times.

 The case was investigated by the Webb City Police Department.
