The McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed statutory rape charges against three men Thursday who allegedly had sex with an underage girl.
Arrest warrants were issued for Cole David Eden (DOB 2000), Skylar Azel McCauley (DOB 1995) and Jerid Gene Forcum (DOB 1988) and bond set at $1,000 cash only for each of them.
According to the probable cause statement, the girl began having sex with Eden, who was a friend of her father's, when she was 15.
The girl told the interviewer at the Children's Center that she had sex with three adult men, according to the statement.
Eden "would come over every single day and go to the woods and smoke meth with each other," she said.
Eden told the girl that she was only woman, other than his wife, that he was having sex with.
The girl said the sex stopped when she was 16 because her father found out when he noticed a mark on her neck, according to the probable cause statement.
The girl said she met McCauley at her father's workplace. "{She} stated she started seeing Kyler and they had always had sex at her house."
The probable cause statement says the girl told the interviewer that she got a ride with Forcum, went back roading then they "pulled over on a dirt road where they had sex inside the truck."
