The arraignment for a Granby woman on her fifth DWI charge, originally scheduled for Monday, was postponed after her attorney asked for a continuance.
Jasper County Circuit Court online records show the arraignment for Tammy Sifferman, 51, has been rescheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday, November 28. Sifferman's attorney, Brian Glades, offered no reason for the continuance, which was granted by Judge John Nicholas.
Sifferman was on probation for her fourth DWI when she was arrested by the Highway Patrol October 29 outside of Carthage.

Does the accused still have a drivers license?
Good work Brian
If your innocent hire a good attorney. If your guilty hire Phil or Brian Glades.
Doesn’t surprise me one bit. These repeat offenders are out here driving around suspended and revoked going on their 4th, 5th & 6th plus dui/dwi’s
