The Barry County Prosecuting Attorney filed a felony endangering the welfare of a child charge against an Exeter man who allegedly allowed a 1-year-old girl to vape.
A warrant was issued Friday for the arrest of Ronald David Nelson, (DOB 1977) with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
From the probable cause statement:
Ronald David Nelson was recorded on Witness #l's cellphone. ln the video Victim #1 was in possession of a vape that is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 and could create a substantial risk to life, body, or health to Victim #1.Victim #1 had the vape in her mouth. Victim #1 was one years of age. Ronald David Nelson also prior in the past allowed Victim #1 to can I play with the same vape.
Attached in the screenshot text message of the prior incident was a video of Victim #1 with the vape in her mouth and a text message that stated "Don't show that nobody, what say if she wants smoke, I'll let her smoke."
The case was investigated by the Barry County Sheriff's Office.

What a LOW LIFE SOB - Ronald David Nelson - Should be left to rot in jail - don't bail this piece of trash out - if anyone needs to die in jail it is this guy. Anyone that would do this to a Child needs to be left behind bars and sent straight to prison.

Well from my understandings is this the mom was recording it all, and allowing! She's the one who turn the video in to get her husband in trouble all because he was going to divorce her. He's been supporting her and spoiling her and paid for everything for her dad. She living in his parents house. Spending all the money he's worked his ass off for to support his family. When she should be locked up going through the same damn thing as he is. If anybody has something to about that that's what needs to be done. SHE'S JUST AS GUILTY AS THE DAD IS IF THAT THE DAMN CASE!!!
Yes, If the Mother is involved in any of this - she should ROT IN JAIL TOO.
Anyone that hurts any Child should face the Ultimate Punishment and Consequences. There should be Special Medieval Laws in place for anyone that Hurts a Child.
Why jerk around with Special Medieval Laws?
Just go with the Lord and get straight to the Old Testament BIblical Laws and lets get with the stoning and burning!

I'm not the law but umm hello I'm a parent and and I sure as hell wouldn't be recording some dumb shit that could hurt my baby just to put my baby daddy in jail so I can rob him of his last dime.! By all means there's more respectable ways to go about doing things. SHE NEEDS HER ASS LOCKED UP AS WELL FOR ALLOWING AND RECORDING THE BABY TO HAVE THE VAP INSTEAD OF BEING A RESPONABLE PARENT AND TAKING THE DEVICE FROM THE BABY LIKE A GOOD PARENT SHOULD AND WOD HAVE DONE!!!
