Did you see the amended probable cause staement filed today (March 19,2025)?
It adds at least one important allegation; that the accused had powerr of attorney for the victim.
I saw that and added it to the story. You're right. That is an important allegation.
Any idea of the husbands name?
I guess they have something new to add to their website.

I went to school with her husband and his brother I honestly couldn’t imagine either one of them knowing anything about this, they are good men.
Hopefully for them she created a separate account for all this money.
The “using money to finish other jobs” kind of tells a story of corroboration.
People think it’s never gonna catch up to them.
This reminds me of similar situation that happened a few years ago - with Businesswoman Peggy Newton, (Newton Jewelers), Joplin, MO who faced 25 counts of fraud and forgery in connection with embezzlement from her downtown Joplin business, Evergreen and Amber - $400,000 in credit card charges - bilked Mrs. Diane Pine, out of approximately $400,000, allegedly forging Mrs. Pine's signature on various checks, creating credit card accounts in Mrs. Pine's name, and buying personal items with company money. Did she ever pay back Mrs. Pine and all the Credit Card Companies - I believe she tried to File Bankruptcy, but they would not Write off her Criminal Debts.
Wendy Beth Harris, should go to jail for taking advantage of an Elderly Woman - Just as any Criminal who Exploits the Elderly.
It seems that this Elder Abuse and Non-Profit Abuse by these Criminals should get more attention and put these Individuals in Jail.
