The brothers were charged following the shooting of a Carthage man Tuesday. The victim, who was shot 21 times, according to the probable cause affidavit, was last reported to be in critical condition at a Joplin hospital.
Judge Nicole Marie Carlton denied a request for a bond change for the brothers who are being held without bond at the Jasper County Detention Center.
A bond reduction hearing has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. March 12.
