A Neosho couple charged with the November 28 death of Jesse Dunn pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and drug trafficking during their arraignment this morning in Newton County Circuit Court.
Madison Shayne Stonecipher (DOB 2000) and Gatlin McKell Pennington (DOB 1993) are being held without bond. Judge Jacob Skouby set a bond reduction hearing for next Monday.
Dunn's body was found December 2 and an autopsy determined he died from a methamphetamine and fentanyl overdose. According to the probable cause statement, investigators determined he received the drugs from Stonecipher and Pennington in exchange for a Cricut machine.
Information from the probable cause statement can be found at the link below:

Again, a majority of the methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, and opioids are being brought across the border by the Cartel - Drug Dealers and illegal aliens into America - - killing people and destroying families, but still, several of you Liberals still believe that we should have - OPEN BORDERS. What a Crook of BS - - Close the Borders and Send back the Illegal Aliens - They are Breaking the Law - It is Crime - Try and Understand this Simple Concept.
Deport their butts!!! Oops, my bad, just another homegrown criminal.
What open borders? Where are they?
