A Carthage man with six DWI convictions was charged with driving while intoxicated, according to Jasper County Circuit Court records.
A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper arrested Mark Leon Pearce (DOB 1978) after the motorcycle he was driving rear ended another vehicle 1:47 p.m. Monday on MO 171 east of MO 43, according to the probable cause statement.
WhÃle speaking with Pearce, I detected the odor of intoxicants emitting from his breath as he spoke. I asked Pearce how much he had to drink and he stated he had not quite finished one drink. I asked Pearce if he had consumed any intoxicants since the crash and he stated he had not.
A check of Pearce's driving record shows he has 6 prior driving while intoxicated convictions.

Looks like another failed attempt by our Worthless - Judges and Prosecutors to Not do their jobs. Stop giving Criminals - Slaps On the Wrist and Probation - Lock them up for their Crimes - Think about Society - Before, Mark Leon Pearce or the next Drunk - Kills Someone.
What about the 3-Strikes your out in Missouri - Not just felonies:
Even multiple convictions for certain misdemeanors, like DWI/DUIs, can lead to felony charges and enhanced penalties if the offender has a history of such offenses. Mark Leon Pearce, should have been jail years ago, thanks to our Judges and Prosecutors, he has been given chance after chance - LOCK HIM UP - Stop with games, are you waiting for him to kill somebody?
This is what weak prosecutors weak judges and a bleeding heart will get you. How this guy hasn’t killed anyone or himself is a miracle.
He's not the only one with seven DWI. BOBBI JO ARNALL formerly a Bicknal from Carl junction has been fighting a Habitual DWI out of Jasper County for four years with no consequences of prison yet! Her fith one involved a toddler in the backseat of flipped
Over vehicle. I'm not going to waste time on who's courtroom she's in because you would think by now she's been in all of them. Just saying what is really going on in Jasper County?
