A Neosho man was bound over for trial today after waiving his preliminary hearing in Jasper County Circuit Court on drug trafficking and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
A 9 a.m. September 16 arraignment is scheduled for Anthony Ramon Stotts (DOB 1981).
According to the probable cause statement, Stotts was pulled over for not having a front license plate.
After he gave consent to officers to search his vehicle, the officers found two bags containing 31.4 grams of meth and a black Glock 45 9mm handgun, the report said. A child was in the car at the time.
